Juice for lunch  —

Make your own juice — fresh and ready for a quick and easy lunch.

Today’s lunch was a quick juice.
Just 1 mango, 1 kiwi, 1 apple, 1 orange, and 2 small carrots.

Throw it all in the Jack LaLanne Juicer and lunch was ready and healthy in just a few minutes.
Now when in the world would you ever sit down and eat that plate full of fruit or veggies?  Juicing is a wonderful way to add more fruit and veggies to your daily diet.

Go ahead, juice it up!

    I am trying to juice several times a week. You are right about being able to get more in by juicing. I have had a lot more fruit and vegetables since I started juicing. If it’s soft stuff like berries, banana, and maybe an orange I just throw that in the blender with a little bit of water to thin it a bit. The blender is easier to clean than the juicer but I still love to do the carrots with orange and apple in the juicer.
