Peach season is here and I love homemade peach ice cream or a good ol’ peach milkshake. What I don’t like is 800 calories or 80 carbs for a milkshake.
A good way to satisfy my craving for a peach milkshake is to have a peach smoothie with less than half the calories and carbohydrates.
It’s easy enough to make the switch, fool my taste buds, and enjoy a peach “milkshake”.
For this smoothie
2 fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
4 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1 ice cube
One ice cube just gives it a little more thickness.
Put all of that in the Nutri-Bullet and turn it for about 1 minute.
Less calories, less carbs, full flavor.
