Chocolate Peanut Clusters
28 ounces of lightly salted peanuts (dry roasted works well for this recipe) you can use 2 jars of lightly salted or one jar salted and one jar unsalted.
12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1- 8 oz. block of Baker’s brand German Chocolate (break it into chunks)
2 pounds of Almond Bark (white chocolate coating, break it into chunks)
Put all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed above.
Cook on medium (or low if you don’t have a medium setting)
Cook on low for 3 hours. DO NOT REMOVE THE LID DURING THE 3 HOUR COOKING PERIOD.
Remove lid, stir and let cool for 5 minutes or until you get the waxed paper set out.
Spoon or scoop onto paper, let cool completely.
Store in air tight container at room temperature.
