14 oz. flaked coconut
1 can of Eagle Brand (or any condensed milk)
3 large egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract

*Stir coconut with the condensed milk and vanilla extract and set aside
*Scoop onto a baking stone (or any kind of cookie sheet) and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes (until just brown around the edges)
They will spread a little bit while baking.
